Sustainability resources
There are a lot of aspects you can consider when aiming for your organisation and its operations to be more sustainable. Leading sustainability certification programme Green Tourism has divided these into three pillars – people, places and planet.
- People – including impacts on the local community; fair work; staff health and wellbeing; and diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Places – including biodiversity and sustainable food.
- Planet – including energy and water use; waste management; and carbon.
